Mixmag MOTW: T. Williams

T.Williams started making tracks at 13 or 14, which means, at 28 he’s had nearly a decade and a half in the game. Starting out producing garage and grime under the name Dread D, it was UK funky that acted as a gateway to a life as a house producer and gained him recognition under his new moniker, T.Williams.

His Mix Of The Week leans, characteristically, to the bassier end of house music with choice cuts from the likes of Eats Everything, Behling, Bok Bok and several of Williams’ own productions.

IA Mix Series 030: Grievous Angel

Ahead of the forthcoming release on Forefront Recordings entitled Kleer, Sheffield based producer Grievous Angel has put together this exclusive mix for Immersed Audio, packed full of unreleased treats from the man himself, and of course the 2 tracks from the EP. Describing it as:

“Mostly my tunes or my remixes. It showcases how Kleer and Subwoofer will work in the mix. There’s lots of tunes in here no-one’s heard unless they’ve seen me play so it’s a pretty special mix for me! Hopefully it will have people bouncing around in their seat, it’s really fun.”

Included is an interview where we talk vinyl, releases, studio and influences.
